One of the tastiest foods I've eaten in my whole life! It was a real treat. In addition, the interior is beautiful and the boss (Anura) super nice. You really notice that he does everything with incredible love and patience. And that's exactly what you can taste! Thank you for your wonderful, small but fine restaurant.

Most probably the best Sri Lankan restaurant in Freiburg. You can eat a wide range of Sri Lankan and German foods. The owner is a very friendly guy. It's also very nice to have little chat with him. If you visit the place one time chances are high you would visit for a second time. This place is also good to have small scale parties and celebrations.

Anura is the owner of the restaurant in which he cooks and offers simple food and in very simple simplicity. He has 2 meals each lunch and you can choose the one you want, you can also ask for repetition if you were hungry. Cheap and the atmosphere is something special that invites you to return when you have not cooked and stop by. He is well known in Stühlinger.

Tasty, healthy, fast and cheap - to put it in a few words. Here you get for years for small money a delicious meal, which you can then take in a comfortable WG-living room atmosphere. There is only one meal a day, with or without meat, every day of the week. The menu repeats every week, the ingredients of the dishes vary somewhat depending on the season.

Anura's cosy restaurant is a treasure in Freiburg. He cooks delicious daily dishes and treats his customers as guests in his home. It's very easy to get comfortable and become a regular visitor of Anura's place

Every day there is a super delicious lunch, with optional salad. Besides juices and coffee, nothing more is not on the menu. In the restaurant is a great relaxed atmosphere, everyone is happy about the delicious food and togetherness. Anura himself (the owner) always has a smile on his face, enjoys the people in his restaurant and manages to make all guests a little happier with his wonderfully friendly manner.

I have eaten several times at Anura, the elephant, and it is a very good mostly light and tasty meal from Sri Lanka. Every weekday there is a dish with and a dish without meat. A lookup is also possible at any time. Then there is the low price. It is really an experience and worth a visit.

One of the most affordable lunch restaurants in town. The food also happens to be great. The selection is pretty narrowed down to one course plus a few choices of salad - but it is a brilliant, intimate place.

What a weird and fantastic place. Every particular day of each week Anura serves the same dish, one dish for €5 in a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian version (and an option of side salad for an extra buck). So far I liked Tuesday and loooooved Wednesday. It's super popular with the lunch crowd always busy. The guy is super nice and friendly and gives out free seconds. 😃😃😃
